I had written an email complaining about their service on 8th Dec and haven't received a reply from them for more than a week now.
"This is with reference to my Order No. 3688233 on 5th December, 2020.
The product delivered as compared to the product displayed was different and of lower quality. The colors of the flowers can change as per availability but the decor of the ribbon and placing a ribbon knot cannot be changed due to any reason. There were at least 5 differences in the product compared to the displayed item and all were for the worse.
On top of all this, I had paid for a mid night delivery as a surprise for which I paid additional charges and the delivery boy had the audacity to call my friend and ruin my surprise and he asked her to lie to me and delivered the flowers by 9.30 pm. This is totally unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. I did not ask for any discount or any sort of free service. I paid the amount of money asked for the product and service reflected on your website, why should I suffer with such unprofessional and cheap treatment.
The whole idea of sending the flowers as a surprise at midnight is ruined. My monetary and sentimental value both are disappointed by this experience.
As a company, be more professional and keep a check on the product that go out and the words that come out from your employees mouth."
