Today I am going to share my experience of taking a credit card from indusind bank from Hyderabad.
I am a old customer of indusind bank and I do have good balance in my account always.
The manager of the bank knows me well because I visit this branch very often.He once called me in his cabin and asked me to take a credit card with 2 lakhs limit on it.
He did not told me that it is tied up with my fixed deposit which I held with the bank.so I cannot remove my fixed deposits when ever I want now because it automatically closes my credit card.
Even I did pay 27000 fees as one time fees for credit card opening.
So all this is waste for me as I need my fixed deposit to be cashed in and also I need my credit card to be running.
I asked manager but of no use.so I did close my credit card after using it for 4 years now.
Its a fraud done by the indusind bank manager toward me by not letting me know about tie up with my fixed deposit.
