Hello Friends,
Since I am also using ICICI sec therefore I would like to sumlit my reviews on this as well.
This is quite good trading platform, but its brokerages are quite high, They charges 0.55% and .05% for delivery and intraday, which is highest among this category.
As far as customer service is concerned, they have good service, they frequently organise customer training program on trading in stock market which is quite useful for beginners.
They provide tips - daily, weekly and for long term which are fairly good( in Cash, future and options)
Their desktop application - Trade Racer is also OK but technical indicators are not very user friendly.
