Hello, To day I am going to share my review about this insurance company,
I requested for Changing name of The insurer but they took a month to do that.
when I called customer care they said that there is technical problem and they said that they will solve in some days but after 20 days I was worried and said the agent who did my insurane in this company,
The Staff's behaviour also very bad in our town branch office
after all they issued my policy but when I tried to download the insurance copy from their web site a popup shown that policy not generated and again I called customer care they also confused how to slove that so they take a complaint and after 25 days I got my insurance copy which policy number is 3003/133021026/00/002.
