Hi friends, today I want to tell my brother's experience with this company . He completed his M.C.A . and he was trying for a job in IBM because his dream was he worked in IBM .It is one of the biggest and famous company, finally he selected in the CHENNAI IBM company. After he joined he faced so many troubles he is a fresher . They conducted tests and exams and interviews to him . He passed in every test . They also took him in job, they gave him a lot books to do project work and they said his 25, 000rs for monthly salary . We felt happy .
He prepared all books to do his work but they did not gave any work for him they told him to you are in bench .
Finally one day they told you are dismissed because We don't get any project to do fresher's . We are sorry .
They offered good salary but the job security is completely nill .
