User friendly easy to handle can be used on a daily basis, the product is light and can be carried along during trips, the style and design is good not very modern look but nor very old fashioned also.
A nice product worth the money can be used in a big family as we can make 6 cups of coffee at a time.
Customer service is very good, the product is durable as the exterior is of metal.
