We bought our first AC of this company the last year I.e. August 2014.
I must say it is one of the best Asus I have seen. It cools wonderfully well. Good to look at and the best feature is that it shows a red light every time you need to clean the filter. So the problem of forgetting to clean the filter and then not getting enough cold air is not there anymore.
Also the technicians sent for installation and then servicing every time have been good and they send a technician almost immediately always.
We are so happy with the product that this season we bought one more AC of the same make.
