Hcl laptop are heavy for carrying around daily from your workplace to your home.
their service centers are bit slow in providing service and the hcl on site engineers are not very much experienced. though it had been completely opened up by their engineer thrice when they visited onsite. . hcl service is the poorest service.
though their on phone customer care service is good.after only one & a half month of usage(in which I used to carry my laptop in metro) the webcam stopped working but it was repaired when I sent it to the service centre. I came across against any thing I purchased so far.
this is time to I am helping to you, if u going to purchase any hcl products, before that listen my words.
