I signed up for a 50MBPS service from this company
They got it installed within 2 days and its been nearly a week
The Issue is they dont even know what speed they sending data to me at:(
The speeds have never been Stable so far every day the speeds have been from 2MBPS to 25MBPS When I am paying them for 50MBPS.
Told their Customer Care that I do not want their services as they havent fulfilled their part of the DEAL of supplying me 50 mbps
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
THE CUSTOMER CARE ADVISER SAID HE CAN HELP ME SOLVE THE ISSUE OF THE SPEED AND ASKED ME TO TURN OFF THE ROUTER AND RESTART IT AGAIN.
EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM THAT WE DID THAT THE PREVIOUS NIGHT.
AND HE MADE IT WORST THEN THE SPEED I WAS GETTING.
NOW HE HAS RAISED A TICKET TO THEIR ENGINEERS TO FIX IT AND IT WILL TAKE THEM MORE THEN 24 HOURS TO FIX IT BUT THEY STILL WANT TO CHARGE ME THE FULL MONTHLY RATE OF PROVIDING ME SHITTY SERVICES.
