I've never had so much trouble with anything in life. Hathway is the most pathetic service company in my opinion, in my experience, they do not serve, they seem to be cheating the customer. Their downtime is more than 50%. Internet is down almost 50% of the time.
They do not invest in IT hardware Infrastructure, power outages result in downtime because Hathway does not invest in good power backups. They recently changed customer numbers but their database updation has been taking too long, and without a customer number no complaint can be raised. Their call center team is unprofessional, unresponsive, and at times rude raising their voice and at times even hanging up.
Visiting their office is no use as 10 employees gather together and dominate the customer. Besides, they charge in advance every month, and when downtimes are reported they only say sorry, but as a customer anyone would get irritated as the payment is made in advance. Their nodal officers are never available on phone. Even calls to their senior management(CEO Mr Jagdish Kumar and his EA Abhishek) have resulted in nothing. Emailing their board member also does not solve the problem. I would strongly suggest everyone please be careful before choosing this service provider, as in my opinion they do not understand the meaning of service. My suggestion wouldbe to consider other options as well and seeing what works best for you. I'm giving them a rating of one coz a rating of zero cannot be given.
