I have raised a service request 13281233 on 2nd July 2015 to cancel my Hathway Connection due to its poor service and connection speed.
Since then I have been continuously chasing to get this cancelled but no response. This is now more than a month and still the connection is not cancelled and they are charging me for the pathetic speed.
I have paid the amount in full till June 2016. Can you advise when the service will be cancelled and the balance amount be refunded as I had paid in full for a year.
