Finally found an alternative to homemade ghee. Review on GRB Ghee

I never used to buy ghee from market till date as we make it at home. Recently the supply of fresh cream was not much like before, plus I could not make such efforts any more. I had to opt for something which is easily available. I selected this from the rack of shopping mall, without exploring much. I didn't have much energy to search for any other brand as there was none. I brought a 200 ml jar for trial. That charged me around 80 bucks, after discount(MRP mentioned as 112).good deal! I used it to make aloo paranthas on the first day. Paranthas turned out to be very tasty, hubby gobbled up 4 at one sitting and was asking for more.Next, I had some rice with chutney powder and this ghee. I have a very bad addiction towards this chutney powder which I prepared myself. Well, that day I could not eat anything but only that powder and rice mixed with ghee, that's a killer combo! From then, everyday I am eating at least two morsels of this. We Bengalis prefer our aluseddho(boiled potato mashed with ghee, salt and green chili) over anything else. This ghee contributed well in that too. My hubby swears by our homemade ghee, but this time he didn't say a single word. I have used this in Biryani, stew, ghee rice, pulav. I made tadka with this ghee when preparing daal. Everything smelled good. Actually what happens after using homemade ghee for years, we start getting weird smell from the available varieties. But this time that didn't happen. I generously apply it on chapatis and have for breakfast. My mom is getting suspicious that something happened to me.who used to run away from ghee, has started eating so much ghee now a days.I sent a bottle to my family for tasting, there also it passed out with distinction marks! I would prefer to buy this ghee.but as usual, the rule is to eat it within limit and do exercise regularly, or else one will end up with huge piled up fats all over the body! After delivery ladies are offered ghee, I also got a generous amount of this ghee, but the exercises kept me fit. Sorry GRB, your temptation can't win over my will power!
