Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

We booked Black mango resort from Goibibo for 17th to 19th August 2024. After checkin and staying for some time we realised resort is bad in every front starting from resort location, food quality, indoor facility, bathrooms everything. We requested Goibibo to cancel next day booking but they told us that they can upgrade the room but can't cancel next day booking. Basically Goibibo and hotel management played very well to loot us . Anyway we left the hotel next day itself and lost 17 k. I vowed to never take Goibibo service again .

Unfortunately, we could not process the cancellation with full refund as the booking was under nonrefundable policy.
