They have made mistakes in my name while booking the ticket from Bangalore to Berlin. Even though I entered correct name during booking they have given with wrong spellings to Qatar Airways. They are very amateur in these matters.
They don't realize it can cause problems especially during international travels when you are in another country. The officials there might prevent you from boarding the aircraft in such situations. Who will be responsible for my problems then? Definitely Goibibo wont come to rescue there. The least they could have done is to book with the right spellings.
Customer care helpline is pathetic. I had to wait on line for 5 mins, still no one answers the phone. I wonder if they answer anybody for that matter. No reply to emails either. I am using this website for second time.
First time I had booked Air France and had no problems. So its good if everything goes smoothly, but if any errors happen from their side you are screwed as nobody ever cares after your ticket is booked.
But one thing I must add their website provides the cheapest prices and usability of the website is also good. I am now left with thinking which website to use next time for bookings? Any suggestions?
