FREAKY ALI: Eeeeeks!

Ali(Nawazuddin siddiqui) and Maqsood(Arbaaz Khan) are pals and extortionists. When once they go to a golfer for extortion, he asks them to wait as he is trying to hole the ball. Ali is a natural at it and proves himself soon enough. The rest as they say is history. This can happen only in Hindi movies.

Arbaaz Khan knows only one emotion - no emotion. For him, it's a huge effort even to open his mouth and speak. I dare ask - is he the great Salman Khan's brother? I thought this was some village nautanki. Even that should've made some progress. He killed the qawwali by just being in it.

I wonder why Salman is promoting Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Both Irfan Khan and Nawaz r suited for village-type movies. When they do mainstream movies and that to as a hero, it is disaster with a capital D.

Irfan ended up with JAZBAA that gave kabz to the few audience that dared watch it.

In Nawaz case, he may end up with goo instead of golf ball in his mouth. And Nawaz(42) is romancing a girl Amy Jackson(24) EXACTLY half his age. Cradle snatching exactly.

Amy is plastic cardboard gudiya - zero acting with zero e-motion. She is there most probably for e-motional atyachar. Not a single muscle on her face moves. She prompts the only motion of the viewer - towards Exit! Relief.

Leave the mainstream movies to chocolatey heroes. Today even they cannot save movies. So!

Bhool gaya apni bhi chaal.

There r only two greats of parallel cinema - Naseeruddin Shah and Om Puri. These psuedo duos of Irfan and Nawaz can best be cloth horses.

This movie'll get lot of viewers ONLY if tickets r offered for free with ride, popcorn, pop, and of course Tylenol.

But it's a big no no even with a free ticket. U care for ur well-being, don't u?
