I placed an order on 23rd july 2017 from mirchi restaurant vizag .I paid online for my order and it amounted to 478 rupees .my order got cancelled and my money also deducted from my account from which I placed order.
After a while I got call from mirchi restaurant regarding myborder and I told them that my order is cancelled so please refund my money, without takong an initiative they clearlybsaid to contact customer care.
Next day I sent a mail to food panda regarding the issue but they didnt replied to mail.It has been long time my money has not refunded back to me.This is the second timefoodpanda has done this and I am highly disappointed with the services.
Now who is going to take an action on this.who will be responsible for my money foodpanda or mirchi restaurant.
Frnds dont opt foodpanda in hurry and be in confusion mode like me and waste your money.Also outside food is also not good for health .prevention is better than cure.so guys pls be preventive.
Even foodpanda app is not friendly.it takes lot of time to load
