As per my buying experience customer service they provide good compare to some other sites 27*7 customer services.
quality of product is depends on which product we buy I mostly buy electric product to get some discount and lesser amount compare to offline market and free delivery in almost all product .delivery time of product is very perfect and always on time and before time so I mostly prefer this site for shopping and get after sales services like return, refund etc. apps and websites both are good but I refer a laptop to use easily and product image see on big screen and app on mobile also good and easy to use. so hope u find helpful my review;-) flip kart have large number of different product on this site u can find product which u want some seller price was less u can find less amount of seller so enjoy your shooping
