I had an issue after k purchase Redmi note 4 Black 32gb for a price of 9999 with my SBI debit card. I made this purchase online with a card because there was this offer 5% cash back which will be credited after 2 months from the date of purchase.
I bought this on July 2017 and I haven't received a cash back like they have mentioned after waiting for 3 months after purchase.
When I contacted their customer service they responded very rudely saying mistakes will happen so only we are called human beings and offer will be credited within 48hrs.
After waiting for 48hrs and again I contacted them and this time they are saying it's already been adjusted with your flipkart wallet and when I checked still the cash back is not there.
Very pathetic service from flipkart so don't buy anything from flipkart. Amazon is far better compared to flipkart.
