To be honest I have never bought any product online apart from flipkart.com Initially at the first purchase itself the service was so efficient enough that it acquired a sort of trust from my side. Also many a times I tried to switch to some other online shopping portals but not sure was it product specific but I found the rates a bit low on flipkart as compared to othersss.
Also the information provided for a particular product is more than enough than what is required.
The features like comparing products also make it more easy to get to a decision for someone like me who is most of the time confused between products of the same category as in case of mobiles.
The delivery system is also well and good. You may keep a track of your product right from the point from where you have placed an order. Also it gets delivered most of the time before the mentioned period. Cancelling an order is also provided.
I bought a few books, mobiles and some kind of accessories, electronic equipment etc but the service & support was never a matter of concern.
Every time there is something new to see on flipkart related to offers provided, discounts etc. which attracts more users and its always a good deal to buy from flipkart-any product from any category.
