I ordered for Graceful Mixed Flower Vase, 2 days ago to be delivered between 8am and 9pm yesterday.
The order was a mix of Lilly, Orchids, Carnations and Roses, all of my mother's favourite flowers.
Everything about the order was very disappointing.
(1) The delivery was set between 8am and 9pm, but there was no intimation on delay and when I raised a ticket for the delay the flowers were delivered by 10:40pm
(2) The Lilly was broken with petals missing the Orchids were miserable to be precise they were not 3 stalks of Orchids as showing on the site but 3 miserable torn and damaged Orchids (3) the carnations were not fresh at all (4) roses were old and withered
(5) the glass vase described as square 4x4 was replaced with a normal drinking water glass.
It was a terrible arrangement to say the least.
I understand the present situation but if ferns and petals is charging a price for the specified flowers they them ought to deliver, if they can't they should have the decency and obligation to inform the customer of unavailability and provide alternative options not just deliver damaged and withered flowers.
I feel so sad because this arragement was to Thank my mum and she just looked at the arrangement and made a very displeased face
