I was in South and wanted to visit a relative with family, as we were not sure about routes and transport we booked from fast track to go at 10 in the morning.
The cab did reach by 10.5 so I was oky with it but as we were four members and had a bit of luggage so had to keep it above the vehicle and the didn't even touch or help to keep it properly as if he didn't notice.
The vehicle was not properly maintained and was very dusty.The driving was not very fast but was not safe, no indicator while over taking or while turning.
But he was not driving rash so was fine.And when we reached the destination the meter showed amount of 380 and when I gave him 380 he asked for 430, when I asked why 50 extra he said you should b paying 50 extra and all and when I refused he was raising his voice, by that time my relative uncle came and talked to him and I called up the booking center and then after a steamy talk I gave him 380 and he went murmuring.
He didn't even give a hand for shifting the luggages and expected to pay extra, had he helped I would have given some extra money.
I would not recommend anyone this service, specially when you going with family my kids got frighten.
