I was optain 300 Mbps Speed plan of Excitel service, they sales executive promised me that you will get atleast 250 Mbps speed but at the time of installation it's not even touched 50 Mbps speed, the installation team said that it's just now installed give time for 3 to 6 hours and chk and I checked after 8 hrs it's the same problem when I call to them back they are not responding my calls and next day also they not answering my calls , very bad and patitect service when I call to customer care they also just hearing and disconnect my calls
