I have an issue with my purifier and escalated the matter to Eureka Forbes through calls, emails and their so-called app. I have received zero response from them. When I raised a sales request I received a call from them in one hour. A bunch of guys who are interested only to sell but ZERO support.
This product is good and served me well but their services support is pathetic. I have rated them low because of their service support as that is of prime importance to anyone buying a water purifier. Their partners are unprofessional, untrained and rude.
