I bought Eureka Forbs Enchance water purifier for 13990 Rs during the month of May 2012 and it started giving problems during last week of June 2012, I called up the service desk druing August (thinking that the problem might disappear after sometime as the problem was with the starting of motor and it could be due to voltage) and they gave me a reference number assuring me that I will get a call from a mechanic in 24 hours. Somebody called me after three days saying that he will come soon but never turned up at my house.
I again registered an online service request in September 1st week , but no response has been given till now.
Pathetic service no respect for customers.
