My Order no. 3076761807 had reached Chennai on 18th Dec as per the Order tracking but still i did not receive, when i call an automated voice tells what it wanna tell & disconnects, very annoying, this parcel waa very urgent that i had get it stitched by today for an Occasion at Mangalore, Karnataka. Now because of this delay in delivery i'll not be able to stitch it on time, very disappoiting & frustrating. They should always have an option to intereact with their staff on these matters.
