USB Wall charger not working after 20 minute use. Review on Ebay

I ordered a  2 AMP USB phone charger  and microUSB to USB charging cable for a price of Rs.155 a few days back and I received the item promptly through Bluedart courier.On opening the item I found that the USB port on the charger is mis-aligned with the plastic outer body so that the USB cable is not easily plugging in.Somehow I plugged the cable in and switched on the power and the charger worked .Itshowed 0.350 amp in charging app  contrary to what the seller claimed in ebay which is 2 AMP .After one hour it stopped working and some plastic burning smell came out and the USB port got bent! Now it is totaly dead after 2 hours use.I am not planning to return it because return shipping will cost me more than what the entire shipment costs! Pathetic quality cheap chinese stuff from ebay.I lost 155 rupees!

UPDATE: Ebay refunded the amount after I sent a complaint. I DIDNOT have to send the damaged item back to them. Great!
