Hello friends, today I am going to share my views on Dell XPS 15 laptop. Dell is very prominant company in respect of laptops. But this device is not matched with the dell icon. The device is poorly designed. The battery backup is very poor. You need a charger whole day. The gaming experience is also very bad on this device. The device is not as responsive as it should be. After all these things, the customer support is very poor. They take very long time to response and also to repair your laptop. Dont go for this particular product. Its not a value for money device.
