I would like to bring to notice to all the vendors who are supplying to Currys Hospitality group and also those Vendors who are trying to connect with Currys Hospitality to supply for food raw materials.
I was one of the vendor which has supplied some raw food items to this restaurant in August 2012.They are giving my payments since then. They gave check, which was bounce back from bank.They are attending to my call and not replying to any calls, plus mails and messages.
I met with Krishna Kumar and Gopinath Srinivasan - As I supplied to these people.I urges them to pay my payments, they told they will not pay and told me to do what ever I can do.
I am going to put the case in civil court for this fraud and check bounce case.My lawyer is now in the process of filing the case in court.Soon I will put these news in news paper also and TV channels.So that other people doesn't get victim of these fraud people.
So request all vendors and customer to not supply the items to these company as they will take the items and will not pay.
