Country Club is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Mr. Rajeev Reddy of Country Club of India Ltd(CCIL), Bangalore, a cheater who had floated this project to cheat the innocent Indians, is in a big soup now. He has started losing the cases in the Consumer Court in Bangalore and other cities.


More than 500 complaints have been received by ICRPC against this company that traps the consumer to invest Lakhs of rupees in his scheme with lure of free plots, free air tickets, free holiday in Goa, etc.


International Consumer Rights Protection Council(ICRPC) had got CCIL's ICICI Bank credit card swipe facility cancelled after taking up the issue with the Chairman of ICICI Bank.


Major Prashanth Kumar Bekal has won a consumer court case against Country Club of India Ltd. The Bangalore court, vide its orders dated 25-3-2009, has ordered Mr. Rajeev Reddy to refund Rs. 1, 25, 000 with 18% interest, and with compensation of Rs. 10, 000 for mental harassment.


International Consumer Rights Protection Council(ICRPC) helped this consumer to prepare his case papers and fight his case on his own. The case was filed on 10-11-2008 and disposed on 25-3-2009(in about 4 months time). What a speedy justice. The speedy justice by the judges in Third Additional Bangalore Urban District Consumer Court needs to be appreciated.



We need more Indians like Major Bekal to fight against cheaters and corrupt people.
