Country Club is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Being a member of Country club, I will never suggest any one to visit this hotel. I went in 1st week of Oct'19. Being a member I was suppose to room equivalent to STUDIO as per my membership. But they provided me horrible room with seepage wall, spider web, low lights. I asked for different room and manager told all rooms are booked. I am surprised to know this. My booking was done 2 months before and still they had given the rooms to someone else because of money.
Everyday I called reception and asked whether good rooms are available but with same answer. My booking was for there for 6N/7Days. On 5th day they transferred me to another room which was bit good but not as expected.
