One of my friend is working in concentrix and the salary package is really so low and even hire the experienced person in a very low packages. First of of all the hiring is 365 days open means the attrition rate is very high, second as I mentioned above the package they offer is not satisfying.
In addition no good facility they offer to any of their employee and the worst part is HR department, so many HR but no one knows the exact responsibility of his and her profile. Thumbs down for this company.
