I have working in CEAT lt since last six year, i have got always increment as per my performance, this company gives 200% job security to employees, in last six year I never see any one terminated from company.
I was join in this company as an associate in this company in year 2010, then in one year I promoted as a shift incharge then in 2012 I promoted as an assistant manager, so this company always gives path for grow.
I have got around 70 training by this company in last six year for career growth.
