This was an absolutely terrible experience – by far the worst cab service I have ever encountered. I had booked a cab for 6 AM to catch a flight, but it showed up a shocking 2.5 hours late, causing us to miss the flight entirely due to their appalling incompetence. Customer care was completely unreachable when we desperately needed assistance, and when we finally got through, they showed zero remorse for the massive inconvenience they caused, acting as if it wasn't their problem at all. This level of service is utterly disgraceful and unacceptable
