I was a user of Byjus learning app last year for my subject study.if I say something about Byjus app, it is a Bangalore based company mainly focused in education technology and tutoring firm.
Byjus app was founded in 2011 by byjus Raveendran .Their flagship product is a smartphone app named BYJU'S -The learning app.
I had a bad experience with Byjus learning app.I don't think so it is good learning app for a student. Last year I had a textbook question for clearing in physics.The subject was Albert Einstein relativity theory .I had a problem with that subject part.I used Byjus app for textbook solution. Byjus app helped me to getting answer.But that was utterly wrong one , my teacher said.
And once Byjus app provided incomplete answers for my qustns. Once They gave me wrong answer like
electron mass= 6.109673× 10^-31 kg
Accelaration due to Gravity = 5.7 m/s^2
Actually what is real answer
electron mass= 9.10938 × 10^-31kg
G = 9.8m/s^2
I did complaint about this on Byjus customer care.But they didn't reply me well.After that I quit that platform. They providing values are not accurate in physics.
Their content and animation videos are not much valuable and continuous. Students will not get deeper knowledge with their animation videos.
I Wouldn't prefer this app anymore. Not worth the money.Their study materials also has content less except some animation.Customer service team will not give you proper reply .I submitted 3 or 4 tickets for particular issue after that they replied me.
