BSNL is mainly located in the village area. I have taken internet connection of BSNL in bihar because it is the cheapest source of wired internet there. After just 2 months of connection, the speed of internet start deceasing sometimes. Most of the time internet service was stopped due to reparing work. They never check and take care of their lines, every 2nd week the wired gets damaged due to road work, construction work. They never listen to the compaints, they took more than 4-5 days to just connect the internet. I dont have any option just relay on BSNL because there is no private internet provider.
