I bought split ac 1.5 ton 9 months ago through Amazon. I am very disappointed when I see the blue Star quality and service is very bad.
In just 9 months the indoor was leak and no gas when I start my air conditioner this season. I complaint to the blue Star service centre and next day the service engineer came to my house who is not looking engineer and he wasn't know how do work like road side engineer and he was have blue Star i'd. When I ask for I'd he said I forgot my I'd at the house so I can show you on whatsApp. I said ok plz chek what's problem with my ac. That guy was washup the indoor and out door which is looking like no experience about how to clean after that he said there is no gas and I am coming in 15 minutes because I haven't have gas to fill in your ac.
