I had booked an envelope through Blazeflash couriers on 3.4.2008 for Mumbai. It has not been received by the addressee so far(till 14.4.2008). I do not know what should I do. When I contact their telephone numbers, they never get connected. Once it was connected but nothing has been done so far. I had sent my complaint through mail too but nothing has has happened so far, nor they replied to me so far.
Although I had used its services in the past too but some of the envelopes had never reached the addressee. But most of the time, they reached promptly the very next day.
Can anyone guide me what should I do now to retrieve the document? Is there any hope of its retrieval? What action should I take now? Can we go to a consumer forum? Will they help me retrieve this important document?
