I had visited this place 14th dec, sabse sasta budhwaar, the offers were ordinary, If a market which is selling so much stuff in bulk will get more offers from the companies but I believe the management of big bazar feels tight handed in passing on these deals to the customers. ok that is their policies, no one can do anything.
but when I finished the shopping while paying bill, the person on the counter insisted me to buy a poly bag, I told them that I do not want it as I my car was parked on the same floor in the parking and I will take the trolley to the car so, I do not feel any need to have it, but she told me that without having this poly bag I can not leave the premises of big bazar, I felt very weird, means what is this?
and also she added that I can get the money of poly bag back from their customer care whose desk is situated at the end of exit point, my mood was already spoiled with this stupid things.
more surprise was waiting for me, when customer care person told me that first I have to put all my luggage in my car and I should come back to him with empty polythene, and after that I will get money back.can you imagine for 6 rs these stupid things.
I asked him to call his store manager, so that I can know what is their strategy behind this, but he was outside, I waited there for 15 mins but he was not available or was not ready to meet.
can you imagine what type of strategy they own.
now I am making plans to File a case in chandigarh consumer court for harassment and overcharging.
