Living in city like pune, you earn and spend lot money. Most worst part of life in pune starts when you have shift to new house because you agreement for 11 months has expired.

When I was lookin for place for rent wherever I went there are these agents who will eat up. No service nothing but they want brokerage for what should I pay for. I found this site from google wanted to give a shot ... was expecting to hear a agent to pickup call but I was shocked every number I called a owner picked up the call. I got a good place on rent saved some money now can buy something for self from it.
