Do not waste your hard earned money and time. Review on Bhanzu

This is the worst of all edtech companies. I decided to take a demo class out of curiosity and they gave a promising class with a good topic and a good enthusiastic teacher which i know realise was a bait, and they made a pressure on me to pay for a long term course model and even though I was travelling that week they kept calling me continuously without considering my privacy to enroll immediately. After that they took a long time to alot a batch and finally when the classes started I realised they have the most usless syllabus and above all the teacher did not teach well at all. She was too boring, did not explain the concept well and made mistakes during the class which confused my childs already clear concept and her confidence and interest in math started to decline. She explained the concept half heartedly(some time with wrong examples) for 5 to 10 mins out of a 60 min class and then gave few questions to solve. I saw my child suffering and struggling with basic concepts that were originally clear to her aince her previous grade sometimes. Upon request they changed the batch but again same story teacher wasnt good again... Concept and syllabus would be same obviously and thia teacher joined late and left 15 mins before time. All in all my childs time and my money is wasted. Now they are not stopping my payment and take ages to respond to my requests. Adding different refund clausea like 80 percent attendance, full homework and atleast 20 classes. These criterias have already been met but because they do not respond to my request timely meanwhile number of missed classes have increased and you do not fall in 80 percent attendance and new homework sheets are added to portal. This is a big planned fraud. Please do not enroll with this company. I took an emi plan and money is being deducted every month and I am struggling to get my refund. If anyone has been successful in getting a closure please suggest how.
