My employer has opened my salary account in Axis Bank, Gurgoan Branch, sec 14. One bank representative came my office and he asked me to fill account opening form. I did that and submitted KYC documents to him. After one week I received sms from the bank that your account has been opened kindly download the Axis bank app and register for Net Banking. I followed all the instructions by the bank but when I registered for net banking but they showed me I have two accounts. It was strange to me because I have opened only one salary account but in the App it was showing two account numbers with the same name and address. And they also put my balance in negative. I have sent email to the bank regarding this connection. After 14 days they replied and told me to consult with the branch and submit account closing application and also submit the negative balance which around 600 rupees. It was totally cheating because they have opened my two accounts by mistake and now they are asking me to submit the negative balance. It is showing that how Axis Bank misusing others identity to open fake accounts on their names.
