They were extremely good when they started but could not continue with the same levels of service. As customers grew levels of service dropped. All new Maruti vehicles will not have problems. The problems arise only after about 5 years of use. This is when you need proper support and I guess Aryan fails there. Atleast in my case.
I needed to go back to them at least twice to address one problem. There are no follow ups done, no test drives offered after service is done, washing done is not up to the mark, polishing not up to the mark, my toolkit went missing(for which I had to visit again) work done is not explained, wheel alignment report not given in spite of demanding for one, sparkplugs were not cleaned after a wash and my vehicle started to jerk (Had to visit them again), vehicles not delivered at specified time(minimum wait is 30-45 minutes to collect my car). The last time around they delayed it by 2 days than the promised date.
They have hired ladies who take down your problems when you give your vehicle for service but I feel they are not technically qualified to convey the same to the technicians who actually work on the car.
I do not know if Maruti does a periodic check on all their service centers on the quality of work done and service personnel hired. If not I hope they do before people start doubting their capabilities.
