I used many shopping sites to buy products but when I checked to amazon.in I was amazed because the products that listed on it was very cheap and fine quality but only one thing is bad that they doesn't accept COD when order is below that 30000 thousands. When I see that then I shocked again because the others shopping sites offer COD at any amount of order. So till now I haven't try to buy products from it because I don't to try to pay online because I think it is not a right way. I only order products on COD. I don't no about others state because I living in Gaya Bihar.
The customer service is pretty good they talk lightly.
Product quality is very fine as shown on images.
Delivery timing need to improve because it takes to much time to deliver. I noticed it when my friend shopped through it.
App's look and feel is not good and need improvement because it looks like a third part app. Improvement require both App and websites.
Reliability is good.
