I was a vodafone loyal customer from last 8 years but due to some network issues I have ported my postpaid number into Airtel in starting of July 2017 and I was promised a line rental a little cheaper than Vodafone with extra allowances. I did not have any problem because I was just switching for better networks so I ported my number so that I can get my services all the time but after porting it I had words with the customer care regarding the line rental I was promised, they clearly denied and said you can cancel your number if you want but we are not offering these plans.
I do not have issues paying 100 or 200 more rupees but atleast be on your words. Do not make false promises in the begining and forces the customer to join you. If you do not have something, do not make promises for that but I know they promised me at the begining and they could do that for me at the time when I asked for it but they do not want to. Bad customer services even I am recieving almost same networks what I was getting with Vodafone.
