I've used this cheap network for two years and finally rejected two use this poor network finally due to the following reasons:
- First of all talking about the network I want to tell that is only in saying, " India's largest network". In almost areas I faced network problem as a result I felt problems during calls and calling other problems in emergency times. Although in urban areas there is little bit problem but in quite rural areas it always showed no notwork connection.
Secondly, I want to speak that it is only by name, " India's fastest network " but in reality it is of most dormant speed and recharging any amount from Rs 2/- to 2996/- is injury of money due to the slowest speed in any region.
- Uttering about the customer service I just want utter that trying to connect to the customer representative is just wastage of money because first of all it says the only saying, " we've changed our number and please call that number". After all these problems if you succeed in connecting the representatives after trying atleast 10-12 minutes the only answer I got that sir, sorry for inconvenience . They did not helped fully in any purpose at all.
3.Lastly talking about the charges I want to speak that it automatically activates VAS and reduces money from main balance and whenever connected to customer they only reply that sorry for inconvenience but we could not refund your money back. I've also used their postpaid services for 2 months and faced the same problem like bills with no reduction charge details.
After using this cheap network I just want to rate this tacky network with 2/5.
