Issue: High speed data usage is being used up fast. When I check the un billed usage for my broadband account I see inflated usage. My billing cycle starts from 11th of the month, but the un billed usage is calculated from 10th of the month. So in the current billing cycle additional usage of 500 MB is charged already to me.
I'm actually unsure about whether to go to the consumer court of trust airtel with the issue resolution. I don't think this is just a minor slip from such a big company. This would have been happening for months for lakhs of their customers, who might also be forced to buy additional data for getting more high speed data.
If anyone know of a reliable way to raise a complaint and get the appropriate action taken, please message me.
