I am using Aircel sim in my phone.
Aircel is a mobile network operator, it provide voice as well as 2G, 3G as well as 4G data service, it comes in prepaid as well as post paid mode.
I have used prepaid mode, network coverage in good, however at some place or while travelling in train you may lose the network, But the overall network coverage is good.
The customer service number is 121, now it comes with self help option. You can also register your complaint at 198 they give fair attention to the complaints.
They sometime may cut your balance unnecessarily, however if you make a complaint they give back your money.
The service is good.
