I just don't know what is wrong with Aircel, generally my bill cycle was 17-25th of every month and this time Aircel has sent the bill very late with extremely high amount. As per my bill history my Aircel bill has never crossed Rs. 1100/- but this time they have sent a bill of 2552/- which I absolutely disagree.
When I have inquired about the bill details, Aircel was unable to provide me with correct details and on top said that it is because of my internet usage, which I again disagree as I normally use WiFi then mobile internet. Post my continuous complaints and follow up Aircel revised my bill and reduced it to 1600/- which I have paid immediately.
Again after making the payment I am receiving the messages from Aircel for pending amount of 952/-. I want to take strict action against Aircel for harassing the customers.
