We travelled in last December from Pune to Malaysia. So we booked Air Asia because of the low flight rate. But for surprise it wasn't that cheap we thought.
So whenever you travel by Air asia please please make sure you are within the limits of baggage. Or you will be playing the half of the ticket price to get you own stuff along with you! Yes, they almost charged around 5k extra for our luggage through all this journey.
Also their staff in Malyasia was not polite. Flights were delayed for about 1 hr. I will never travel again with air asia.
