I am an existing Customer of ACT Broadband.
Initially it looked very attractive with promises of Lightning speed of 20 MBPS for the subscription package I have.
For the past a month, the internet speed is pathetic and many interruptions in the service. Till the time you call the Customer Care Person - The most intelligent people:):) -(To reach them, it will take 30 mins of waiting in the call) and 10 minutes to identify yourself. and then they will repeat the same message like Tape Recorder, no matter what is your concern.
You will end up breaking something at your home in frustration.
Other problem is.the number of SMSs to remind you of the Bill. From 26th of every month till 15th of next month(Due Date) you will receive 100 SMSs even though you pay it on 26th.
Planning to shift to other Service Provider sooner.
Keep yourself away from this service for your better Health.:)
